Please Note: To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

  • Styling Heads (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Opened or used doll accessories that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sale items or clearance merchandise (unless defective)

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of receipt):

  • Refund Timing: You will receive credit within 10-14 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchange Process
